Magfern Recycling is mindful of the impact any industrial process can have on the environment, and view our involvement in the waste management industry as an opportunity to be proactive in Environmental issues wherever possible.

Magfern Recycling is fully committed to our responsibilities within the industry whilst enjoying full compliance with existing government legislation. We continue to realise the importance of our obligations and embrace our duty to protect and cherish natural resources for the benefit of our employees and customers, the environment and future generations.

Health & Safety Policy Statement

At Magfern Recycling, we recognise our responsibilities under the current Health & Safety at Work Act and other relevant legislation. We are committed to, providing and maintaining, healthy and safe working conditions for all our employees, visitors, customers and any other(s) who may be affected by our daily business activities.

We encourage this through:

• Providing adequate Health & Safety training and information for employees to improve their understanding and awareness of Health & Safety issues and individual responsibilities.

• Active support between management and employee in promoting and sustaining safe and healthy working conditions.

• Open and sincere culture of communication to encourage co-operation in risk assessment and reduction initiatives.

• Continuous review of our policies to ensure that future Health & Safety developments are successfully provided for and implemented as a matter of due course.
